Dr. Adam Duckett | Family & Pediatric Medicine

Physician

Dr. Duckett earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of New England in 2007.

Ute Gallert (pronounced OoTay) | Adult Medicine

Family Nurse Practitioner

Ute is a Family Nurse practitioner who graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University.

Q: If you weren't a healthcare professional, what would you be doing?

A: Park Ranger or Truck Driver

Stephen Senenko | Adult Medicine

Physician Assistant

Stephen earned his Associate of Applied Science in math/science and BS in nutrition/dietetics from Syracuse University.

Q: What is your favorite way to stay healthy and active outside of work?

A: Regular exercise and a balanced diet

Liz Jorolemon | Adult Medicine

Family Nurse Practitioner

Liz earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Cayuga Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan College, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Le Moyne College.

Q: What is your favorite way to stay healthy and active outside of work?

A: Hiking, cycling, yoga, and meditation

Keith Hornbrook | Family & Pediatric Medicine

Family Nurse Practitioner

Keith earned his Master of Science from Upstate Medical University, before joining the team as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Q: What do you find the most rewarding about your job?

A: Creating relationships with patients

Marge Tracy | Family & Pediatric Medicine

Certified Nurse Midwife

Marge received her Master of Science in Midwifery at SUNY Stonybrook in the late 1990s and her Bachelor's in Nursing at Syracuse University in 1974.

Q: What is your favorite way to stay healthy and active outside of work?

A: Hiking

Janet Owen | Adult Medicine

Family Nurse Practitioner

Janet has four decades of working as a nurse practitioner, having been trained at the Community General Hospital in Syracuse.

Q: What is your favorite way to stay healthy and active outside of work?

A: Walk, garden, and cook

Katrina Garrigan

Physician Assistant

Katrina works in both our pediatric and adult medicine offices as a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a focus on the mental health field.

Q: What do you find most rewarding about your job?

A: Working within the community I grew up in and making a difference

Nichole Orofino

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Nichole offers years of experience helping individuals with pediatric, adult and geriatric psychiatric disorders.

A: Snowboarding

Jessica Charbonneau

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jessica has lead talk therapy at East Hill for a year, building a positive reputation for its social work program.

Rebecca Drinkwine

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Rebecca “Becca” has extensive experience treating all ages in school-based and outpatient settings.

Q: What is your favorite way to stay healthy and active outside of work?

A: Walking with my family, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.

Stacy Hoskins

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Stacy has experience in school-based counseling, crisis support for youth, and adult telehealth.

Q: What do you find the most rewarding about your job?

A: Assisting individuals in making a positive change for themselves

Dr. Daniel Gabriel | Family & Pediatric Medicine

Pediatrician

Dr. Gabriel attended his residency in Manhattan in the mid-1990s, he’s found joy in watching children grow and following them as they become adults.

Q: What do you find most rewarding about your job?

A: Seeing a patient's smile and watching them grow from infancy to teens.

Dr. Amy Difabio

Pediatrician

Dr. Amy is a SUNY Upstate Medical University graduate, Board-Certified Pediatrician, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant dedicated to children’s health and wellness.

Q: What’s something you’ve always wanted to learn or try, but haven’t yet?

A: To play minecraft

Nicole Bielowicz | Family & Pediatric Medicine

Healthy Steps Specialist

Nicole began at FLCC, later earning a bachelor's in education and completing graduate work at Nazareth.

A: Helping families

Lindsay Lemessurier | Family & Pediatric Medicine

Family Nurse Practitioner

Lindsay graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015.

A: Watching my kids grow up and making connections with families

Dental Director

Dr. Nina graduated from New York University in 2001 with her Doctorate in Dental Surgery.

Dentist

Dr. Gonzalez started his medical career as a physician assistant before changing careers and becoming a dentist.

Dental Hygienist

Graduated from Broome Community College in 2009, Ashely joined East Hill as her first dental hygiene job out of school.

Q: What is something you've always wanted to learn but haven't yet?

A: Skydiving

Dental Hygienist

Samantha is a hygienist in the office, as well as worked in the schools for our school-based dental program.

A: Bungee jumping

Dental Hygienist

Taran joins the East Hill Dental team with more than a decade of experience as a dental hygienist.

Nicole Anderson

Dental Hygienist

Nicole Anderson has over 30 years of dental hygiene experience in both private practice and public health. She is now serving as a School-Based Dental Hygienist at East Hill.
