East Hill Artists
Art designs may not contain any profanity. Any submission that is viewed as offensive will not be considered. Designs will be judged on originality and creativity, as well as representation of the theme “Powering Communities Through Caring Connections.” Each age category will have up to three winners. Art submissions will be reviewed, without names, by East Hill staff, to narrow down to the top ten per age group. Those ten selected submissions will be subjected to public vote online; all decisions are final. This contest is to support our community, as such submissions from outside Central New York may be rejected.
