Cardiovascular disease is also very expensive in terms of health care, hospitalization expenses, and lost productivity. We can, however, fight back against heart disease and stroke.

East Hill Family Medical, Inc. (East Hill) is located at 144 Genesee Street in the City of Auburn, New York. East Hill is licensed by the State of New York as a diagnostic and treatment center. East Hill was incorporated in 1971. At that time, its corporate name was Cayuga County Family Planning Center, Inc. Over the past forty years, East Hill has evolved into one of the larger non hospital-based primary care facilities in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York and in 1994, it changed its name to East Hill to reflect its service location and broader mission as evidenced by its long history of providing primary care medical services to low-income, medically underserved individuals and families. East Hill continues to serve its original function and is the most widely recognized family planning service provider in a four county area (Cayuga, Wayne, Ontario, and Seneca). In 2008 East Hill was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike and expanded its scope of services to behavioral health.
